Fischerscope Hm2000 S

FISCHERSCOPE HM2000 S is a less expensive nanoindentation gauging instrument for finding the Indentation Hardness, the Martens Hardness HM, the Indentation Modulus, particular elastic quantities and supplementary material factors in the micro and nanometer range, utilizing the instrumented indentation test as per ISO 14577-1 and ASTM E 2546 standards. This is specially suitable for bulk material and coatings thicker than 1 m (0.04 mils).
