FISCHERSCOPE X-RAY 5000 work according to the energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence method (XRF) and well suited for measuring the thickness of coatings and for analysis materials in a very broad range of applications. It is known for its fast measurement , non seductive, safe and clean features. Apart from above, it allows measurements even on very hot substrate materials up to 500 C (930 F). Its Design is focused on maximum robustness and serviceability
